Hurricane Florence can't stop wedding

One couple didn’t let Hurricane Florence stop them from getting married.

Jeff Manning told WECT that his sister was set to get married at Wrightsville Manor on Friday.

Hurricane Florence made an appearance on the big day but the couple got married anyway.

Manning got ordained and performed the ceremony.
